Chargebacks and NSF's |
A chargeback is a refund that is forced by a cardholder's credit card company or bank. A chargeback is the direct result of a cardholder reporting a problem to their credit card company or bank. If customer disputes justified charges without consulting iOffer Bargains Inc. Import & Export Wholesale to resolve the dispute, iOffer Bargains Inc. Import & Export Wholesale has the right to charge the customer a $75.00 administration fee and immediately suspend customers buying privileges. In addition, iOffer Bargains Inc. Import & Export Wholesale charges a $25.00 fee for all NSF items that are returned to the company. In compliance with the Collections Department iOffer Bargains Inc. Import & Export Wholesale also charges $10.00 per paper invoice that may be requested by the customer and/or outside Collections Agency or Legal Representative. |
